The short version

This site sets only the cookies it needs in order to work. There is no advertising, no tracking and no third-party analytics on any page.

What we set

csrftoken	Protects the consultation form against forged submissions.	One year
sessionid	Set when you submit an enquiry, so the confirmation page can greet you correctly. Also used to sign in to the client area.	Until you close your browser

Both are strictly necessary. Refusing them would stop the enquiry form from working, which is why this site asks you to acknowledge them rather than offering a choice that would change nothing.

What we do not set

No Google Analytics. No advertising or social media pixels. No fonts, scripts or maps loaded from another company's servers. Our typefaces are served from this site, so reading a page tells nobody else that you were here.

We also chose not to use a third-party spam-filtering widget on the enquiry form. Those work by sending your browsing behaviour to another company, which is not a trade we are willing to make on a site about discretion.

Local storage

When you dismiss the cookie banner we record that in your browser's local storage rather than in another cookie. It never leaves your device.
