Three ways to work with us. Every one of them begins with a consultation and a price agreed in advance.
Maintenance Care
The regular visit that keeps a home in order.
Living areas dusted, vacuumed and mopped. Kitchen surfaces, sinks and appliance exteriors. Full bathroom sanitisation. Beds made and rooms reset. Tidying and waste removal.
Weekly or fortnightly, on a day that suits you. Every visit is a minimum of three hours, and the same Household Care Assistant attends each time. They learn your home rather than working through a generic list.
Deep Clean & Reset
A full reset, inside and out.
Everything in Maintenance Care, plus inside appliances, inside cabinets and wardrobes, skirting boards and frames, behind and under furniture, descaling and degreasing, and interior windows.
Every new client begins here. The first visit resets the home to a standard the regular care can then hold, and many clients repeat it quarterly.
Specialist & Add-ons
Single jobs, booked as needed.
Oven deep clean, carpet and upholstery, exterior windows, after-builders, move-in and move-out, after-party restoration.
Booked as a single job, either alongside your regular care or on its own. Tell us what you need at the consultation and we will quote it with the rest.
Per property, not per hour
Pricing is bespoke, agreed at your consultation and fixed from then on.
A director visits the property, looks at what is involved and agrees a figure with you. There is no charge for the consultation and no obligation afterwards.
